YOOZ Mini Vape Pen Review: At RMB 9.90, It’s Hard to Go Wrong
Plastic body, and the device costs just RMB 9.90.
No surprise coming from YOOZ—here’s our review of the YOOZ Mini.
For a RMB 9.90 device, a plastic bag would have been enough, but YOOZ actually gave it a box. At this price, that’s about as much as anyone could ask for. Packaging: 7/10.

As for the design, honestly, the best I can say is that it’s not ugly. There’s also a big logo on it. It’s compact and mini, and it looks pretty good in the hand, especially for women. That said, the color options seem limited—just black, white, and blue. Design: 7.5/10.
Flavor is one of the few things YOOZ does well. After all, one pod costs as much as three Mini devices. Honestly, there’s no need to make the pods universal—just cut the price and offer a 1ml version at RMB 15.
Grape is my favorite flavor. It’s rich and realistic, and the slightly sweet vapor makes it even better. Very satisfying overall. 8/10.
Mint isn’t anything special. Compared with RELX, it has a stronger artificial flavor, but it’s also cooler and more refreshing. It’s decent enough on the inhale. Passable: 6/10.
Average flavor score: 7/10.
Although the YOOZ Mini sells well, the actual user experience is not that good. Devices like the first-generation RELX and second-generation MOTI generally have 400mAh batteries and only need charging twice a week.
The YOOZ Mini is labeled at 240mAh, but it needs charging every day. You can also clearly feel that it lacks power when vaping. Combined with the plastic feel, it basically feels like putting a disposable lighter in your mouth. User experience: 2/10.
(Packaging: 7 + Design: 7.5 + Average flavor score: 7 + User experience: 2) / 4 = 5.875
So while it doesn’t quite pass, it’s still worth the price—at RMB 9.90, you’re not risking much and you’re not getting ripped off.
