The second generation RELX Alpha product had many early defects, including burnt cores and oil leakage.

The third generation RELX Spirit product is overall quite good, with a beautiful device and a new C-type airflow design. However, its price is nearly double that of the first generation, which may deter consumers. Additionally, the app features have been limited, making the cost-effectiveness seem lower. Objectively speaking, the design of RELX Spirit is still quite nice, with the shell generally made of aluminum alloy and a metal anodizing process.

The fourth generation RELX Infinity, however, lacks aesthetic appeal. The pods use Microwell's FEELM technology, which is relatively stable.
