Which is more harmful, RELX or traditional cigarettes? A personal perspective
Which is more harmful, RELX vaping devices or traditional cigarettes? First of all, e-cigarettes also contain nicotine. Looking at nicotine alone, the harm is basically the same as with combustible cigarettes, so people who do not smoke should definitely not start using e-cigarettes.
Second, plenty has already been explained about the harms of traditional cigarettes and the ingredients in e-cigarettes, so I will only talk about the differences I have experienced in daily life.

Which is more harmful, RELX vaping devices or traditional cigarettes?
1. Throat: back when I smoked regular cigarettes, the taste in my mouth every morning was almost unbearable even to myself. Brushing my teeth often made me feel nauseous and gag, and I frequently coughed up phlegm that was yellowish and dark. After switching to vaping, all three of those problems disappeared.
2. Tartar: when I smoked regular cigarettes, the tartar on my teeth never really went away. Even after a dental cleaning, it would come back within a month. It was not always obvious from the front, but the backs of my teeth were dark and yellow, which was honestly disgusting. After switching to vaping, I had my teeth cleaned once, and now, a year and a half later, there is still no visible buildup at all (as long as I brush every morning and night).
3. Smell: even non-smokers know this well. If you get close to someone who smokes, there is a strong unpleasant odor around them, and even the clothes they have worn carry that smell. I used to be unable to notice it myself, but after switching to vaping and staying off cigarettes for a week, I smelled the clothes I had thrown into the laundry basket and almost threw up. I even rewashed my bedsheets and duvet cover. Since then, I have appreciated my girlfriend even more—I honestly do not know how she put up with that smell for so long.
4. Overall condition: work stress was high, and I used to smoke one and a half to two packs of cigarettes a day. No one had to tell me—I could feel that my complexion looked unhealthy, my mind felt foggy, I had trouble concentrating, and my overall physical condition declined badly. My heart, lungs, and stomach all seemed to have some issues. After switching to vaping, even if I use a full pod a day (2ML), as long as I drink plenty of water, my body does not show any obvious problems, and my complexion looks much better than before.
I think most people who switch from cigarettes to vaping can relate to these four points. For me, these small day-to-day changes matter more than arguing in the abstract about which one is more harmful. After all, if someone is pursuing nicotine, talking only about harm can feel a bit beside the point.
