There is still e-liquid in the pod, but no vapor comes out—what causes this?

1. External Factors

1. The sealing plug at the bottom air hole of the pod has not been removed! Be aware that some new pods come with a sealing plug at the bottom air hole in addition to the sealing cap. Make sure to remove it before use so that the pod can function properly and produce vapor!

2. The pod is not securely connected to the device! Although many devices now use magnetic connections, some still use a snap-on design. For snap-on designs, make sure the pod is securely inserted into the device for it to work properly and produce vapor!

2. Device Factors

1. The device may be out of battery. Remember to charge the device!

2. The air holes on both sides of the device should not be blocked!

3. The air holes inside the device may be clogged. If too much condensation accumulates inside the device, it can block the air holes, so remember to clean the condensation regularly!

3. Pod Factors

1. Poor contact. The four metal contact points at the bottom of the pod need to make full contact with the device. Try inserting it multiple times.

2. Impact. If the pod is subjected to a heavy impact, it may cause internal structural issues, preventing it from functioning properly.

These are the main factors that can cause a pod to have e-liquid but not produce vapor.
