Major Crackdown: Goldreams Joins Hands with Police to Bust a Large Counterfeit E-Cigarette Operation

Since its launch in 2019, Goldreams' brand AIRBAR has continuously pursued self-improvement and innovation in quality and experience, earning the support and trust of global e-cigarette users, and becoming a leading global e-cigarette brand.<\/span><\/p>

However, based on recent user complaints and reports, we conducted an in-depth investigation and found that many criminals were mixing inferior products with genuine ones, manufacturing and selling a large number of counterfeit AIRBAR products, misleading and deceiving consumers, and seriously harming the interests of users and the brand's reputation.<\/span><\/p>

In response, Goldreams has partnered with the police and a senior legal consulting firm to launch a large-scale anti-counterfeiting operation named "Hound," actively engaging in anti-counterfeiting and rights protection work, including civil litigation and follow-up legal matters, demonstrating Goldreams' zero tolerance for counterfeit and inferior products.<\/p>

On December 22, 2020, the "Hound" operation task force, in collaboration with the Xinqiao Police Station of the Baoan Branch of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, successfully dismantled a counterfeit AIRBAR production site after months of surveillance and infiltration, seizing a large quantity of inferior packaging, e-liquid, batteries, and assembled finished products. Nearly 10,000 counterfeit AIRBAR products were confiscated on-site, with the amount involved still under further investigation and verification.<\/p>

The main suspects, Tao, Li, and Zhang, have been criminally detained. The case is still under further investigation, and the suspects may face severe penalties.<\/p>

The "Hound" operation successfully dismantled the production and supply chain of counterfeit products, effectively preventing a batch of counterfeit and inferior products from entering the market. We especially remind consumers not to sacrifice health and safety for low prices, and to purchase genuine products with anti-counterfeit codes through authorized channels of Goldreams. We also call on industry peers to jointly resist counterfeit goods, firmly defend corporate patents, and establish a culture of genuine products.<\/p>

We hereby issue a stern warning to all unauthorized parties using Goldreams' trademarks and patents illegally, as well as to counterfeit production and sales groups: from now on, immediately cease the production and sale of all Goldreams products, otherwise, the company reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility, and to hold accountable for the adverse effects caused by illegal sales. Furthermore, to date, Goldreams has not authorized any domestic distributors to sell products, including platforms like Alibaba and Amazon.<\/p>
