Basic vape knowledge guide

1. If you have a refrigerator at home, it is recommended to keep pods that you will not use for the time being refrigerated (the flavor may pleasantly surprise you).

2. Pods should be stored in a cool place out of reach of children and pets. The device should also not be charged in excessively hot environments that may cause discomfort to the human body.

3. If your throat feels dry while using a vaping device, it is because one of the main ingredients in e-liquid is VG, or vegetable glycerin. VG is hygroscopic, so drinking more water can solve the problem.

4. Hot weather or excessively high temperatures can cause pods to vaporize internally, leading to seepage or leakage. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or leaving them in a car for extended periods during hot summer weather.

5. Long-distance transportation in high temperatures may also cause seepage or leakage. First, wipe the pod clean with a tissue, then hold the pod mouthpiece downward and flick it a few times. After that, wipe the mouthpiece clean again with a tissue. This will usually solve the problem.

6. If you hear a gurgling sound during use or feel e-liquid entering your mouth, this indicates that condensation inside the pod needs to be cleaned. Simply hold the pod mouthpiece downward, flick it a few times, and wipe it clean.

7. If you feel you will not finish that many pods within a week, try not to open too many at once. If you open a pod, take a few puffs, and then leave it unused, it may lead to leakage, oxidation, and flavor deterioration.

8. Be sure to remove the pod before charging the device. Charging causes the device to heat up, and preheating the pod may result in seepage or leakage.

9. Never use a fast charger to charge your device! Charging adapters from Huawei, Samsung, VIVO, OPPO, and other phone brands are usually fast chargers. The standard safe charging power for a vape device is generally 5V1A. Using a fast charger may trigger overload protection at best, or damage the motherboard at worst. Charging time for the device is about 30-50 minutes, and do not overcharge it!

10. When traveling by airplane, high-speed rail, or other means of transportation, pay attention to liquid capacity limits. Normally, excessive amounts are not allowed (refer to specific regulations for exact limits). When carrying them, pods and devices should be stored separately. On airplanes especially, you must remove the pod and pack it separately, as changes in air pressure may cause leakage.

11. For routine maintenance, make it a habit to remove the pod from the device every day and wipe both with a tissue. Clean the inside chamber of the device with a tissue, then wipe the bottom of the pod and the contact points on the device. This can prevent poor contact and buildup caused by condensation, as well as reduce leakage. Good routine maintenance can effectively minimize leakage problems.
