How to Deal with Water Damage in RELX and YOOZ Vaping Devices
As e-cigarettes become more popular, they are everywhere. If you accidentally get your e-cigarette wet while using it, don't panic; there are methods that might bring your e-cigarette back to life.
First, if your e-cigarette accidentally gets wet or falls into water, please take it out immediately and reduce the moisture content in the device to the lowest possible level. Liquid on the circuit board can cause conductive connections, leading to a short circuit, which can directly burn out the entire circuit.
1. First, separate the cartridge from the device.
Of course, once our e-cigarette enters the water, the first thing to do is to retrieve it immediately. Separate the e-cigarette cartridge from the device to stop the electrodes from coming into contact again.

2. Dry the e-cigarette device.
After completing the first step, immediately find a method to dry the e-cigarette device. If you have a hairdryer at home, you can use it to blow dry the moisture inside the device, but be careful: make sure to use cold air, and do not use hot air. Hot air can damage the circuit board. If you don't have a hairdryer, you can try using a paper towel and your hands to dry the device. After drying, let the device sit for a few minutes until it is completely dry before proceeding to the next step.

3. Check if the device is functional.
After completing the above steps, the next step is to check if the device is still functional. Once you confirm that the device is completely dry, reinsert the cartridge. Pay attention to the indicator light's changes; generally, the indicator light for a small e-cigarette is white. If you insert the cartridge, it should turn red. This indicates a problem. Then try to take a puff; if the light is white and you can puff, it means there is no issue. If the light is red and you cannot puff, it indicates that the circuit board inside the device may have short-circuited due to water damage. If the device is indeed damaged due to water, and the above methods do not resolve the issue, then seek after-sales service.
