I have collected some common issues and troubleshooting methods for the YOOZ Gen 2 vaping device. Friends who encounter these issues can refer to them.

Problem: The atomizer does not light up when the pod is inserted, cannot be activated, and does not produce vapor.

Cause: The atomizer is out of battery.

Troubleshooting: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally.

Problem: The atomizer lights up when the pod is inserted, but flashes three times or flashes more than ten times when inhaling, and does not produce vapor.

Cause 1: The atomizer battery is low.

Troubleshooting: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally.

Cause 2: The atomizer battery is faulty.

Troubleshooting: After charging, if it only produces a few puffs and then the LED starts flashing ten times.

Problem: The atomizer lights up when the pod is inserted, can be activated, but does not produce vapor.

Cause: Pod issue.

Troubleshooting: After charging the atomizer, if it flashes three times when unplugged, and the light is on when directly inhaling from the atomizer, replacing the pod should allow it to work normally.

Problem: The atomizer lights up when the pod is inserted, cannot be activated, and does not produce vapor.

Cause: Atomizer malfunction (caused by oil entering the mouthpiece, leading to automatic vaporization when inserting the pod).

Troubleshooting: Replace multiple pods to see if the issue persists.

Problem: The atomizer is charging, but the light does not turn on.

Cause 1: Battery is fully charged.

Troubleshooting: Confirm if the battery is fully charged; if it still does not produce vapor, try a different pod, as it is likely a pod issue.

Cause 2: Over-discharge protection.

Troubleshooting: Regardless of whether the light is on, charge for 30-40 minutes to reactivate the battery; it should return to normal on the next charge.

Cause 3: Atomizer malfunction.

Troubleshooting: After charging for 30-40 minutes, unplug the power, insert the pod, and check if the light turns on.

Problem: The atomizer heats up/LED light flickers irregularly.

Cause: Oil entering the atomizer.

Troubleshooting: Clean according to the "oil leakage handling method"; if there is no improvement, contact customer service.

Problem: There is liquid on the exterior of the pod or mouthpiece, or liquid is sucked into the mouth, and there is oil at the bottom of the pod (atomization chamber).

Cause 1: Condensate leakage.

Troubleshooting: If there is liquid on the exterior of the pod or mouthpiece, wipe it with a tissue; if a small amount of brown liquid is expelled when forcefully shaking it, it is condensate. After wiping, it can be used normally (if a "gurgling" sound occurs during inhalation, it indicates condensate presence; please clean it promptly).

Cause 2: Oil leakage.

Troubleshooting: Wrap the pod with a tissue and shake it vigorously with the bottom facing down; if only a small amount of brown liquid is expelled, it is condensate; if a lot of liquid is expelled after several shakes, it indicates oil leakage (check if there is severe liquid accumulation in the atomization chamber).

Problem: The pod does not produce vapor.

Cause 1: Poor contact.

Troubleshooting: Insert multiple times or apply slight pressure to one side to see if it can produce vapor.

Cause 2: Pod malfunction.

Troubleshooting: If it still does not produce vapor after multiple insertions, but other pods work on this atomizer, it indicates the atomizer is fine.

Cause 3: Atomizer malfunction.

Troubleshooting: If the atomizer has power but multiple pods do not work, then these pods should work on other atomizers.
