Some friends may encounter issues such as no vapor, oil leakage, or the LVLUO device not lighting up when using the second generation LVLUO e-cigarette. Today, we will introduce some precautions for using the LVLUO e-cigarette and general troubleshooting methods.

Issue 1: Little or no vapor

  1. It may be due to insufficient battery power. Please check the battery level before use. If the light flashes three times, it indicates that the battery is dead and needs to be charged before use. Note: Some websites mention that inserting the pod requires attention to the positive and negative directions, which is incorrect; the LVLUO atomizer pod can be inserted without regard to polarity.
  2. The atomizer pod may be low on liquid. You need to replace the pod. When the atomizer liquid is nearly finished, you will notice a burnt taste when inhaling, indicating that the pod needs to be replaced. You can also turn it upside down to check if there is any liquid left for timely replacement.
  3. There may be dirt on the power contacts. Regularly clean the dirt on the indicator light and the e-cigarette and atomizer. Additionally, if not used for a long time, it is best to store the device and atomizer separately.
  4. Roll a paper towel into a long strip and insert it into the atomizer pod to clean it, and also place a paper towel inside the device to clean its interior.
  5. If checking the battery, cleaning the atomizer, and inspecting the data cable do not resolve the issue, you can contact your retailer for inquiries or after-sales service!

Issue 2: Indicator light stays on

  1. It may be due to a slow electromagnetic induction switch; you may need to lightly tap the device to activate the switch, but do not hit it too hard.
