Big Cloud Vape Maintenance Guide
Maintenance Guide
1. Storage
When storing your vape device, follow these guidelines: if there is e-liquid in the atomizer, keep the mouthpiece facing upward. If there is no e-liquid inside, placement is more flexible, but it is still best not to store it upside down, to prevent any remaining e-liquid in the atomizer from leaking out. In addition, if the device is laid flat, it can easily roll off a table and fall, causing damage that may make it unusable. It should also be kept away from open flames and high-temperature areas.

2. Battery Care
Battery maintenance is very important because the battery is one of the main components of the vape device. As much as possible, recharge the battery after it has been used up, and charge it to full in one session without interrupting the power midway. Remove it within half an hour after it is fully charged. If the device will not be used for a long time, turn the power off. Most devices can be turned on or off by pressing the switch 5 times within 2 seconds. Each puff should not last too long, in order to prevent the battery from overheating and affecting battery life.
3. Atomizer
The core of the atomizer is the coil head, which is generally made up of a resistance coil, wicking material, and other components. The most common problem with an atomizer is a burnt taste. This happens when the heating coil scorches the wick. Therefore, during use, pay attention to the remaining e-liquid level and avoid dry hits. For variable-voltage devices, adjust the voltage appropriately rather than chasing high voltage; a comfortable flavor is what matters. If you want big clouds, you must pay close attention to the e-liquid level. Generally, when more than 2/3 of the e-liquid remains, using 5-6V is less likely to produce a burnt taste. As the e-liquid level drops, the voltage should be gradually lowered.
4. Handling Leaks and E-Liquid Inside the Atomizer
Conventional atomizers usually have an airflow hole at the bottom. Over time, a small amount of e-liquid may seep out there (but it usually will not leak into the device body, so you may not notice it externally). This is normal. It is recommended to separate the battery from the atomizer each time you refill e-liquid and wipe it with a tissue. Since most users refill about once a day, wiping it once a day is generally enough.
