1. What should I do if there is an oil leak?
The authentic JUUL sold in China is imported from the United States and needs to be shipped to customers for a second time after transfer. It is normal for some cigarette bombs to leak slightly. Pull out the cigarette bombs, clean the cigarette rods with a cotton swab or tissue, and continue to use them.
If you encounter serious leaks from multiple consecutive smoke bombs, please contact the seller.
PS: No e-cigarette in the world can avoid oil leakage 100%. Currently, the probability of leaking oil from JUUL e-cigarettes is less than 1%, making it a leader in the industry.
2. Insert a cigarette bomb, and the cigarette rod has no response.
First check whether the cigarette rod has electricity. Tap the cigarette rod twice. The indicator light will show the battery: green battery is sufficient, yellow medium battery, and red means there is insufficient battery and charging is needed.
When the cigarette rod is electrified, remove the cigarette bomb, wipe the contact point between the cigarette bomb and the cigarette bomb, and then insert the cigarette bomb again.

3. Unable to charge.
