Boulder Dandelion New Flavors: Review of Taste and Flavor Accuracy
After reviewing the Boulder Dandelion series last time (Boulder Dandelion New Pod System Review), the flavored options provided a rather standard experience, with some details needing refinement. After providing feedback on some issues and suggestions, the brand arranged for new flavors for me to try, and upon receiving them, I found the experience to be much more enjoyable.

This time I received four new pod flavors, and here are my detailed impressions.
Flavor Accuracy and Throat Hit:
Each pod has a capacity of 2ml, with a ceramic heating element and a resistance of 1.2 ohms.
Berry Medley: Nicotine content is 3%, with a low throat hit satisfaction. The first puff is fragrant, with the main flavor undoubtedly being berries. Upon careful tasting, the flavor resembles fresh strawberries and grapes still hanging with dew in an orchard, with a gentle floral aroma in the nasal cavity. The overall tone of this flavor is refreshing, with very low sweetness, focusing more on the herbal aroma rather than the sweetness of fruit juice. Wonderful, wonderful! 【Flavor Rating: 9.5/10】
Cooling Sour Plum Soup: Nicotine content is 3%, with a weak throat hit satisfaction. The rich and full flavor of sour plum soup, with a blend of black plum and hawthorn, balances the sweet and sour taste cleverly. The flavoring is natural, and the experience is like taking a refreshing gulp of chilled sour plum soup. The sweetness is just right, but I believe that slightly increasing the sourness could enhance the thirst-quenching characteristics, making the flavor profile more dimensional. Overall, it’s very refreshing, a great summer thirst-quencher. 【Flavor Rating: 9/10】
Sweet Orange Soda: Nicotine content is 3%, with a low throat hit satisfaction. The flavor resembles sweet orange soda, and the biggest concern with orange-flavored drinks is that the orange flavoring can be overpowering, leading to a plastic-like experience. In this sweet orange soda flavor, I believe the orange, or more accurately, the tangerine, is well-balanced. A commendable point is the carbonation; in previous reviews of carbonated drink flavors, this is something I pay close attention to. The carbonation is the soul of drinking carbonated beverages; otherwise, it’s just fruit juice syrup. Boulder has fully leveraged the advantages of the ceramic heating element in terms of carbonation performance. The only downside might be that the sweetness is a bit low, lacking some of the excitement of drinking soda. Overall, the flavoring is still outstanding, and the continuity of the taste remains excellent. 【Flavor Rating: 8.5/10】
Probiotic Yogurt: Nicotine content is 3%, with a low throat hit satisfaction. The milky flavor serves as the base, with moderate sweetness and coolness, reminiscent of Yakult and yogurt. Personally, I’m not very receptive to dairy flavors, but it’s quite suitable for those who enjoy drinking Yakult. 【Flavor Rating: 8/10】
Overall Impressions:
Boulder's e-liquid flavoring generally features lower sweetness, requiring continuous puffs to build up the flavor. Compared to the previous flavors, the new flavors provide a fuller taste experience, with more distinctive flavoring, especially the Berry Medley, which makes me feel like I’m breathing in the fragrant air of an orchard.

Aside from personal preferences, I found the other three flavors to be quite enjoyable, except for the yogurt flavor, which I didn’t like much. The pod structure shows that a ring of condensation-absorbing cotton has been added to the upper part of the airflow channel, and the adjustments made have eliminated any leaking issues, demonstrating Boulder’s dedication to flavoring and quality. 【Overall Rating: 9/10】
