Myst Labs Launches ‘Little Hero’ Series and Unveils New Non-Nicotine-Salt Technology Nicotine Y
On May 7, leading e-vapor brand Myst Labs launched the new "Little Hero" series. The first batch of 3,141,592 "Little Heroes" will be given away for free to users, with a total of 10 million units expected to be distributed.
As a mini version of Myst Labs' flagship product HERO, the "Little Hero" retains the core hardware and body material of HERO to deliver the same vaping experience. Additionally, it will be the only entry-level pod product made from 6061 aviation aluminum.
Moreover, the "Little Hero" comes with various custom pod stickers themed around "Hot-Blooded Heroes," allowing users to create their own unique "Little Hero."
During this product launch, Myst Labs' chief scientist and inventor of nicotine salts, Dr. Xing Chenyue, announced the new non-nicotine salt formula—Nicotine Y, which has moved from the laboratory stage to the second phase of formula adjustment. Nicotine Y breaks away from the traditional acid-base neutralization model of nicotine technology, removing organic acids from e-liquids for the first time and using other key components from natural tobacco. This optimizes nicotine delivery efficiency while making the flavor more akin to natural tobacco, allowing for a near-cigar taste without the need for flavoring.
As one of the inventors of the revolutionary nicotine salt technology for e-cigarettes, Dr. Xing Chenyue brought e-liquid development technology back to China from the United States and has iterated and upgraded it domestically. In April 2020, Myst Labs released Nicotine X—the next generation of nicotine salt technology specifically for e-cigarettes. This breakthrough allowed the nicotine content in a single pod to be reduced to 1.7%, comparable to the taste of 3% nicotine. The 1.7% translates to a mass ratio of about 20mg/ml, and Myst Labs' research technology has been preparing for related standards for over a year.
In the future, Myst Labs will continue to focus on harm reduction and lower tar, developing more proprietary nicotine technologies that pursue the true tobacco flavor while reducing nicotine content, providing smokers with new options for satisfying their cravings without becoming a new source of addiction, thus supporting the healthy development and growth of the domestic e-cigarette industry.
With proprietary technology backing, the flagship product HERO has received rave reviews since its launch, and Myst Labs is accelerating its expansion in both domestic and international markets. Currently, the number of Myst Labs' domestic stores has surpassed 1,000, with over 100 new stores opening each month, and the number of authorized outlets has reached 20,000. In the international market, in addition to existing markets like the UK, Myst Labs is also accelerating its expansion into Russia, North America, and Southeast Asia.
It is reported that Myst Labs recently completed a Series B financing of tens of millions of dollars.
