After using vaping devices for a while, how does it feel to smoke regular cigarettes again? Hear eve
st reply: I started using vaping devices on January 3 this year and completely stopped smoking regular cigarettes at the same time. I kept it up for 20 days, then did a little experiment and smoked one regular Zhonghua cigarette. After inhaling it, it felt bitter, harsh, and strangely thick. Once it went into my lungs, my lungs just could not accept it anymore. I started coughing violently and felt nauseous... In the end, I actually threw up. Of course, this was just my own experience after using vaping devices. During those 20 days, don’t smoke even a single cigarette. That’s just my personal opinion, for reference only.
nd reply: Haha, not that dramatic for me. Regular cigarettes still feel a lot more satisfying, while vaping devices taste lighter. I just think vaping is less harmful.

rd reply: I’ve been using vaping devices since June 6, so it’s been more than a month now. When I smoke real cigarettes now, they feel even harsher on my lungs than vaping. And I mean harsh on the lungs. Vaping is harsher on the throat than regular cigarettes, but once it reaches the lungs it feels much easier than smoking. Now if I go out and forget to bring my vaping device, I can even go half a day without using anything, and it doesn’t feel nearly as unbearable. Before, if I went half an hour without smoking a real cigarette, I’d feel restless and uncomfortable. After switching to vaping devices, my cravings have dropped a lot. The only exception is when I’m out drinking or socializing, and then I still use quite a bit. Also, after using vaping devices, I still cough in the morning, but I can clearly feel that the phlegm I cough up is much thinner than when I smoked regular cigarettes, not as sticky as before. But the phlegm is very dark, and I don’t know whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing...
th reply: I feel pretty good using vaping devices now. There’s an adjustment process—wasn’t it the same when people first started smoking?
th reply: I feel the same as you. I can’t really smoke paper cigarettes anymore—they’re too choking.
th reply: Using vaping devices is a process of adaptation, and it can reduce or even eliminate dependence on regular cigarettes.
