Electronic products are not like traditional cigarettes; issues may inevitably arise during the use of e-cigarettes. Today, we will take the YOOZ second-generation e-cigarette as an example to share some daily usage methods, as well as common issues with YOOZ e-cigarettes not producing vapor and their solutions.

Using the YOOZ e-cigarette is very simple. When first opening the package, there will be some residual charge, so it should be charged first, and then the pod should be replaced. After installation, do not use it immediately. It is recommended to wait about two minutes before using. Occasionally pausing can not only better protect the e-cigarette but also reduce the feeling of smoking.

What to do if the YOOZ e-cigarette produces no vapor?

First, check if the main device is out of battery. When inserting the pod, if the YOOZ second-generation device has more than 60% battery, the breathing light will stay white for 3 seconds (white light indicates high battery); if the battery is between 30% and 60%, the breathing light will stay green for 3 seconds (green light indicates medium battery); if the battery is below 30%, the breathing light will flash red 3 times (red light indicates low battery); if the battery is below 5%, the breathing light will flash red 10 times (indicating it needs to be charged soon). Then check if the connection between the device and the pod is secure; if not, please readjust the connection between the atomizer and the pod. Alternatively, rotate the pod 180° and reinstall it, and finally check if the air intake holes on both sides are blocked. If there are any obstructions, use a sharp object to clean the air intake holes or blow forcefully into the pod to clear both sides.

How to handle YOOZ condensation?

In fact, in most cases, what is referred to as leaking oil is actually leaking condensation. Condensation is a liquid produced due to temperature differences, light yellowish-white in color, with a slight spicy taste. If there is condensation on the mouthpiece, it should be forcefully shaken downwards more than 10 times to expel the liquid, and the inside of the mouthpiece should be cleaned with a tissue or cotton swab. If there is condensation on the surface of the device, it can be wiped with a tissue due to temperature changes.

Common mistakes to avoid:

1. Inhaling from the bottom of the device can cause the atomizer core to burn out;

2. Blocking the small holes on both sides of the device while inhaling can create excessive resistance;

3. Using metal to contact and rub the contact points inside the device can cause a short circuit;

4. Using a fast-charging adapter (not 5V1A) can easily lead to battery failure, and the most serious faults caused by this will not be covered under warranty for free replacement.

Finally, here are some methods for daily use and maintenance of YOOZ pods during the summer:
