Today, I bring you the flagship new product released by Fireluke in the second half of 2021—the Ammo Oscar. As a pod system e-cigarette that emphasizes human-machine interaction, Fireluke has put considerable effort into the intelligent interactive color screen and design of this new product. How does the actual experience measure up? Let's find out together.

The Ammo Oscar's packaging features a top and bottom design, primarily in black and gold, giving a strong sense of technology at first glance. Let's unbox it and see what’s inside: the package includes the atomizer *1, lanyard *1, type-c charging cable *1, and instruction manual *1.

The color I received is Elizabeth. When I peel off the surface film, the device reflects a colorful sheen under the light, and it feels very delicate in hand with a moderate grip.

Upon picking it up, the Ammo Oscar's screen is defaulted to be on. The long screen is embedded in the middle of the device, with a moderate screen-to-body ratio, ensuring that the screen size is just right for comfortable visual experience while maintaining the brand's light luxury aesthetic.

The back of the device features a logo breathing light. After using it for a while, I found that the breathing light also lights up according to the draw even when the screen is off to save power. The intelligent interactive color screen combined with the breathing light adds a nice touch, making the experience slightly better than other flagship products I have tried in the same category.

The Ammo Oscar is equipped with an intelligent interactive color screen, game interaction mode, and real-time puff count, making it the first pod system in the industry to feature a color screen. It innovatively achieves a high level of integration between the vaping experience and human interaction, even quietly sparking a trend of "Oscar color screens" in the industry.

When you insert a pod and draw, the "fireworks" animation on the Ammo Oscar's screen will flicker according to the strength of the draw; a strong draw causes the fireworks to bloom, while stopping the draw causes the fireworks to gradually shrink back to their original state. Interestingly, the original state of the fireworks is not static; it gently pulses like the heart of the Ammo Oscar, which is quite impressive!

During the draw, the Arabic numerals on the main interface increase with each puff, which is the puff count feature of the Ammo Oscar. With each draw, the number increments by one.

At the bottom of the screen, there is a Pac-Man fun counting mode; every 50 puffs, Pac-Man moves to eat a pellet. From this data, you can observe your daily usage habits and gain a better understanding of your vaping habits.

The most surprising feature for me was the game interaction mode combined with the dice-rolling gameplay, which exceeded my expectations. During the actual experience, vapor flows between my lips and teeth, while the dice rolls and spins with each draw, coming to a stop when the draw ends, showing the result of the game.

After a week of use, I found the game interaction mode to be perfect for friends who enjoy hanging out at bars or karaoke. Interested parties should give it a try.

Overall, I would rate it five stars. As the first pod system in the industry to feature a color screen, the Ammo Oscar prioritizes communication and interaction between smokers and the e-cigarette itself, breaking the constraints of traditional e-cigarettes and pushing the industry towards a new standard for color screen e-cigarettes, marking the transition of e-cigarettes from standalone devices to the era of smart interaction.

Fireluke's attempt this time fully leverages the intelligence of human-machine interaction in e-cigarettes. Will other brands follow suit and adopt the color screen feature of the Ammo Oscar in the future? Let's wait and see.
