Can RELX Vaping Help You Quit Smoking?
My nicotine dependence is fairly manageable, averaging about one pack a day. I smoke regular cigarettes such as Huanghelou, Furongwang, and Yuxi in the 16-30 price range. Slim cigarettes feel like I’m just breathing air, and they are gone after only a couple of puffs, so I don’t like them.

Some time ago, I started trying vaping devices. I didn’t really understand nicotine strength or anything like that, but I clearly smoked less often. I even found that I couldn’t finish a whole cigarette. After using vaping devices for a few days, when I went back to regular cigarettes, they tasted unbearably bitter in my mouth. After one puff, I couldn’t accept that tobacco taste anymore. On the other hand, vaping devices in different flavors felt especially fresh to me. However, after three or four puffs, I feel tightness in my airway, and if I vape too much, my mouth feels dry. There is no harshness when it first enters the mouth, but when inhaled into the lungs, it has that tobacco-like hit, which I especially like. The exhaled flavor is also very pleasant, after all there are so many flavors. Over time, I feel that I still can’t completely quit smoking, but at least I no longer touch tobacco cigarettes.
I don’t know whether vaping devices are healthy or not, but at least the nicotine content in one pod should be lower than in one pack of cigarettes.
This is all based on my personal experience. I’m not open to arguments or doubts. Please just read it and decide for yourself whether to take the advice. Thank you.
