Seven Golden Rules for Daily YOOZ Cartridge Care

1. If you feel you won’t finish that many cartridges in a short time, open as few as possible. If you open one, take a puff, and leave it sitting there, that means leakage + oxidation + evaporation + flavor deterioration. If you’ve already opened the pack

1. If you feel you won’t finish that many cartridges within a short time, try to open as few as possible. Opening one, taking a puff, and then leaving it sitting around = leaking + oxidation + evaporation + flavor deterioration.

If you’ve already opened the package and taken a few puffs but want to switch to another flavor, try to put the bottom cover and the mouthpiece plug back on the cartridge.

2. If you have a refrigerator at home, you’re in luck! ^_^ It’s recommended to keep cartridges you won’t be using for the time being refrigerated (little bonus here: the flavor experience may pleasantly surprise you).

3. Cartridges should be stored in a cool place, out of reach of children and pets. The device should also not be left or charged for long periods in high-temperature environments that would make the human body feel uncomfortable.

4. The main component of e-liquid is VG, or vegetable glycerin. VG is hygroscopic, so if it is accidentally ingested, just drink more water. (That said, folk remedies like chewing tobacco shreds to relieve toothache are another story…)

5. In summer, after a car has been exposed to the sun, the temperature inside can get very high. Try not to leave cartridges in the car for long periods, and especially not in direct sunlight. Heat expansion and high-temperature evaporation may cause seepage or leaking, and in extreme cases there is even a risk of the cartridge cracking from the heat.

6. During long-distance shipping in hot weather, seepage or leaking may also occur. So if mailed cartridges arrive with leakage issues, it does not necessarily mean the quality is poor or the product is fake. Please give a bit more understanding and support.

7. Condensation leakage and e-liquid leakage are two different things: e-liquid leakage comes from the bottom. If you remove the cartridge and see liquid on or around the bottom, that is e-liquid leakage. Condensation leakage, on the other hand, comes from the upper mouthpiece.
