YOOZ Gen 2 common issues: causes and troubleshooting
Issue: The atomizer light does not turn on when the pod is inserted, cannot draw, no vapor produced
Cause: The atomizer is out of battery
Check: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally
Issue: The atomizer light flashes three times or flashes ten times when drawing, no vapor produced
Cause 1: The atomizer battery is low
Check: Connect the charging cable and charge for 30-40 minutes to see if it can be used normally

Cause 2: The atomizer battery is faulty
Check: After charging, if it can only produce a few puffs of vapor and the LED starts flashing ten times
Issue: The atomizer light is on when the pod is inserted, can draw, but no vapor produced
Cause: Pod issue
Check: After charging the atomizer, if it flashes three times when unplugged, and the light is on when drawing directly from the atomizer, replacing the pod should restore normal function
Issue: The atomizer light is on when the pod is inserted, cannot draw, no vapor produced
Cause: Atomizer malfunction (due to a damaged mouthpiece leading to oil leakage, severe cases may cause automatic vaporization when inserting the pod)
Check: Replace multiple pods to see if the issue persists
Issue: The atomizer is charging, but the light does not turn on
Cause 1: Sufficient battery charge
Check: Confirm if the battery is charged; remove and it should work. If it still does not produce vapor, try a different pod, as the issue is likely with the pod
——————————————————
Cause 2: Over-discharge protection
Check: Regardless of whether the light is on, charge for 30-40 minutes to reactivate the battery; it should return to normal on the next charge
——————————————————
Cause 3: Atomizer malfunction
Check: After charging for 30-40 minutes, unplug the power, insert the pod, and see if the light turns on; if not, the atomizer may be faulty
Issue: The atomizer heats up/LED light flickers irregularly
Cause: Oil leakage in the atomizer
Check: Follow the "oil leakage handling method" for cleaning; if there is no improvement, contact customer service
Issue: Liquid on the outer wall of the pod, liquid in the mouthpiece, or oil at the bottom of the pod (atomization chamber)
Cause 1: Condensate leakage
Check: If there is liquid on the outer wall or mouthpiece, wipe with a tissue; if a small amount of brown liquid is expelled when shaking, it is condensate. After wiping, it can be used normally (if you hear a "gurgling" sound while drawing, it indicates condensate; please clean it promptly)
——————————————————
Cause 2: Oil leakage
Check: Wrap the pod with a tissue and shake it downwards; if only a small amount of brown liquid is expelled, it is condensate; if a lot of liquid continues to come out, it indicates oil leakage (check if there is severe liquid accumulation in the atomization chamber)
Issue: The pod does not produce vapor
Cause 1: Poor contact
Check: Insert multiple times or apply slight pressure to one side to see if it can produce vapor normally
——————————————————
Cause 2: Pod malfunction
Check: If inserting multiple times does not produce vapor, but other pods work on this atomizer, it indicates the atomizer is functioning properly
——————————————————
Cause 3: Atomizer malfunction
Check: If the atomizer has power and multiple pods do not work, but these pods work on other atomizers, it indicates a problem with the atomizer
