Recommended Gen 1 Flavors

Let’s talk about the Gen 1 pod flavors:

?Cola Ice: It tastes like neither Coca-Cola nor Pepsi, and it’s not cool either. Aside from the name being cola, I honestly couldn’t taste any cola at all. As for the “ice” in Cola Ice, that’s even more confusing.

?Iced Lychee Brew: Strong lychee flavor, but very harsh. One puff and you’ll be coughing for ages. Definitely a miracle flavor for quitting smoking—if you’re not afraid of coughing your lungs out, then this pod is...??

?Summer Green Mango: Not a sweet fragrant mango, but more like the taste of a big green mango. The artificial flavoring is pretty strong, but this one counts as one of the Gen 1 flavors that doesn’t fail too badly—if you ignore that artificial note.

?Juicy Grape: Don’t choose this one. I really can’t accept that artificial grape flavor. It’s not cool at all, though if the e-liquid leaks into your mouth, it does feel pretty cool.

?Refreshing Mint: I’ve tried a lot of mint pods already, so I’m really not that interested in touching this kind of mint flavor again. Cooling level is only about a 3.

?Cold Brew Green Tea: Floral tea Longjing? That’s basically what it tastes like. It’s not as good as the newer Cold Brew Longjing. The Gen 4 Cold Brew Longjing tastes better than the Gen 1 Green Tea. The two flavors are fairly similar, but still not exactly the same.

?Melon Champagne: Strong Hami melon flavor. At the very least, Gen 1 finally came out with a new flavor, and compared with the older ones, this one actually feels pretty nice to vape. Cooling is average.

?Iced Watermelon: It doesn’t have the same cooling sensation as the Gen 5 Iced Watermelon, but watermelon is still unbeatable—this one won’t go wrong!!!!!

?Peach Oolong: Back when I first tried Nano, I already wasn’t that into Peach Oolong. The last box I stocked up on was one a friend gave me.

Still, the same conclusion: even bad flavors aren’t completely unvapable, they just go down very slowly.

Gen 1 doesn’t have that many flavors overall, but at least they don’t change taste halfway through like the Gen 3, 4, and 5 pods do.
