Can vitavp WITA New Bee Become a “Price Slayer”?

I was fortunate enough to receive a free sample package from WITA this time, including 1 device and 2 boxes of pods. It’s said that a total of 40,000 boxes of pods are being given away for free. As soon as I received the sample, I immediately did an unboxing and hands-on test.

As you can see, the image prominently features something like a bold poster slogan. It shows just how aggressive WITA is being this time, aiming to outperform standard-compatible products. At 35 RMB per box, it can indeed be said to be one of the lowest prices among major brands currently on the market. Each 35 RMB box contains 2 pods, with 1.6ml per pod. Fairly standard specs. It still uses the brand’s usual cotton-coil atomization system.

The device is also made with anodized aerospace-grade aluminum, giving it a simple and elegant look. The body includes a battery level display, and there is also a breathing light at the bottom. The price is only 29.9 RMB. The package does not include a charging cable—apparently vaping devices are going green too. At 29.9 RMB, you really can’t ask for much more; it’s honestly a great deal. It has a 650mAh battery and a standard Type-C port. It also does not support fast charging, with a maximum input current of 1A.

Next, let me share my experience with everyone. This time I received pods in 2 flavors: pineapple and blackcurrant.

I was genuinely impressed by the first puff. Is this really WITA? Didn’t WITA always have the nickname “spitback WITA”? These pods must have been improved and upgraded this time. I could hardly feel any spitback at all, and combined with the rich experience brought by the cotton coil, the flavor was very pure. The blueberry-like taste filled the whole mouth, and the cooling sensation was also pretty good. No more spitback or bitter taste. The nicotine content is 2%, so the nicotine hit is average. More and more manufacturers are lowering nicotine levels these days.

The internal structure has clearly changed this time. Two additional silicone gaskets have been added. So this is the secret to solving the spitback issue—they reduce the chance of e-liquid splashing into the mouth, which improves the overall experience. I have to give the designers credit for that.

Summary

Overall, WITA delivers a pretty good experience. The pricing is fairly standard, considering it uses a cotton coil and comes with 2 pods of 1.6ml each. At 35 RMB, it’s not expensive, though it’s not extraordinarily cheap either. Still, they deserve credit for taking R&D seriously, thinking from the smoker’s perspective, and effectively fixing the shortcomings of their own product.
