LAMI previously announced in mid-February the first-phase launch of the Xinhuo Intelligent Manufacturing smart factory, wholly owned by the Wuye Shen Group and put into production in Dongguan. As LAMI’s supply chain platform for both vaping devices and HNB categories, Xinhuo Intelligent Manufacturing will provide LAMI with monthly production capacity of tens of millions of pods, as well as the largest domestic HNB production capacity in China, meeting LAMI’s rapidly growing market demand. This production launch also means that LAMI has achieved full-industry-chain deployment across four core links: R&D, manufacturing, branding, and sales. Within the group’s new tobacco strategy, it has gained the core capability of integrating production and sales, no longer relying on OEM manufacturing. By keeping e-liquid R&D and hardware assembly firmly in its own hands, LAMI fundamentally ensures the uniqueness of its products, making them far less likely to be imitated or universally compatible in the future. LAMI CEO He Chang has also said that after several months of market cultivation, LAMI’s HNB products have shown astonishing growth and now hold one of the top market shares in China’s low-temperature herbal heated tobacco market. Of course, ZERO+’s impressive performance is closely tied to the strength of the brand itself. But in the end, products speak for themselves. To build such strong momentum in HNB in just four months while simultaneously operating its pod-based vaping business shows that LAMI truly has strong capabilities.
