Can Vaping Products Be Exported? Key Precautions for Shipping Overseas

Vaping products are considered sensitive goods. If you want to export them overseas, you must understand each country's policies on vaping products, otherwise the shipment may be returned.
The goods may also be seized. International freight companies must understand the following policies:
In Hong Kong, possessing or selling electronic cigarettes is illegal.
In Australia, selling electronic cigarettes containing nicotine is illegal.
In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration considers electronic cigarettes to be nicotine delivery devices and requires FDA approval. The agency is currently investigating electronic smoking devices and has blocked the import of some vaping products into the U.S.
In the United Kingdom, the use of electronic cigarettes is currently unrestricted.
At present, there are no restrictions on electronic cigarettes in South Africa. In the Netherlands, electronic cigarettes are permitted, but advertising is banned until the EU decides on legislation. In the Czech Republic, the use and advertising of electronic cigarettes are currently unrestricted. Electronic cigarettes are legal in Denmark, but nicotine cartridges are temporarily banned pending inspection by the Danish Ministry of Health. In Canada, because smoking is prohibited in public places, the use of electronic cigarettes is under review. Canada has not yet approved market authorization for any electronic smoking products. At present, there are no restrictions on the use of electronic cigarettes in Tajikistan. In Finland, selling or purchasing cartridges online is illegal, but purchasing cartridges through overseas channels is not illegal. In New Zealand, the Ministry of Health stipulates that nicotine inhalation products must comply with the Medicines Act and may not be sold unless they are registered medicines. Since September 2009, Panama has banned the sale and distribution of electronic cigarettes.
In Austria, electronic cigarettes are considered medical devices, and nicotine cartridges are considered medical products. Therefore, before they can be legally sold, electronic cigarettes must bear the CE (European Commission) mark, and nicotine cartridges must be registered as medical products.
In Brazil, sales, imports for sale, imports, or advertising in any form are prohibited. Brazil's health regulator Anvisa has found that the health and safety assessment of electronic cigarettes remains unsatisfactory, so vaping products cannot receive commercial approval.
Therefore, if you want to ship vaping products abroad, you should still choose a specialized air freight channel so they can clear customs safely and be delivered to customers!
