About six months ago, I switched to an e-cigarette called "Heated Tobacco." Initially, I felt it didn't have the same kick as traditional cigarettes, but I persisted with it in hopes of quitting smoking. After about a month, I gradually got used to the flavor.
At that time, I noticeably felt that my throat was not as dry, and I wasn't coughing up phlegm as much. After some time, my boyfriend mentioned that the smell of smoke on me had significantly decreased. Hearing that made me really happy, and now I hardly smell like smoke at all. I feel like my health has improved a lot, haha.
