What should you do if the atomizer leaks e-liquid?

First, determine whether the leaked liquid is condensation or e-liquid.

After wiping it with a white tissue, condensation will appear as a dark brown liquid, while e-liquid will appear as a pale yellow liquid.
Condensation is formed during the atomization process when vapor adheres to the inside of the pod airway and then condenses into liquid, similar to the water droplets that collect on a lid when boiling water.

How to handle condensation

1. Regularly wipe the connection area between the pod and the device with a tissue or cotton swab.

2. Remove the pod, point the mouthpiece downward, and gently shake it to expel any built-up condensation.

The following situations can easily cause leaking, so please take note during use:

1. Extreme temperatures and high-pressure environments can easily cause leakage. Please store the pod and device separately, keep the pod in sealed packaging, and keep it away from other items.

2. If the pod is damaged due to improper use, we recommend replacing it with a new pod. Please handle it with care.
