Prajna NANO Launches the Prajna PRO Version - The Key Questions Users Care About Beyond the Unique D

Prajna【bō rě】 has gained popularity among users due to its high aesthetic appeal. Although it has become a hot-selling product, the issues surrounding the pods have indeed been a headache, loved and hated at the same time.

This time, Prajna NANO has also launched a PRO version. What improvements does the PRO version have? Has the actual experience been enhanced?

First, in terms of packaging, the NANO PRO adheres to Prajna's consistent personalized design style, featuring a strong Japanese aesthetic.

However, it should be noted that the version experienced here is a beta version; the official version will have a more compact packaging. Nevertheless, it includes the instruction manual, empty pods, lanyard, charging cable, and interchangeable panels.

The appearance of the PRO version continues the style of its predecessor, but it is slightly larger at 71.25*48.8*13.9mm. However, the battery has been upgraded to 700mAh, which can handle a day's normal use without any pressure.

In addition to the battery, the PRO version also offers two additional interchangeable panels in the accessories, unlike the previous version where replacements had to be purchased separately.

The two 2ml capacity empty pods provided at the factory come with three specifications according to official promotion: 0.8Ω/1.0Ω/1.2Ω (not mentioned in the packaging manual). Based on personal experience, it seems that the 0.8Ω option is more common.

As for the PRO version's dedicated pods, there don't seem to be any significant changes compared to the previous version; the structure remains largely the same.

In terms of user experience, the PRO version can be described as absolutely versatile. Firstly, it strikes a perfect balance between mouth-to-lung and direct lung draws, excelling in both areas, which is quite rare.

Secondly, regarding the adaptability of e-liquid flavors, whether it's tobacco, dessert, or fruit flavors, the performance is very balanced, with no flavor being overwhelmingly strong or weak. Additionally, it is compatible with both regular 6mg e-liquids and around 35mg salt e-liquids.

Thirdly, the taste is certainly what users care about the most. The PRO version also does not disappoint, although the layering might be slightly weaker, overall it manages to cater to both mouth-to-lung and direct lung draws while achieving such richness, which is indeed commendable.

Fourthly, regarding durability, although the pod packaging and manual state that it can be refilled 4-5 times, based on my tests, as long as you don't use certain heavily carbonized e-liquids, you can easily refill it 8-10 times without any issues.

It must be said that the PRO version is indeed well-made, but if I had to point out a downside, it would be that there is still some condensation during direct lung draws (not particularly severe).

Thinking this is the conclusion? Not yet! This product also offers a pre-filled disposable pod option with over 20 flavors available.

The pre-filled pods come in a standard pack of three, with a capacity of 2ml and a concentration of 3%.

Upon opening, you will find that the pod has an independent silicone strip at the airflow opening, which is quite unique. This is actually their innovative oil core separation structure.

Here we can see that there is also a ring of sealing silicone inside the pod. In the factory state shown in the image, the silicone completely blocks the e-liquid from the oil inlet, achieving the purpose of oil core separation.

When you slowly pull up the silicone strip at the airflow opening, the silicone inside will be lifted, opening the oil inlet. After waiting for about a minute to let the core moisten, it can be used normally.

In terms of user experience, both the pre-filled and refillable pods are identical; they provide ample vapor and flavor. Each flavor can be said to be a mainstream fruit + ice flavor, simply refreshing.

Interestingly, the condensation issue seen in refillable pods is completely absent in the pre-filled version. From the sealed state to the e-liquid running out, whether using mouth-to-lung or direct lung draws, there is no condensation entering the mouth, perfect!
