Common issues with the MT small vape and solutions

Issue 1:

The indicator light does not light up when inhaling, and the device does not work.

First, simply rule out the battery being dead and the device being damaged by blowing into the bottom of the device.

If blowing into the bottom of the device makes it work, then you can confirm that the device is not damaged and has power.

In this case, if it does not work when inhaling, it may be due to insufficient draw strength; increasing the draw strength should resolve the issue.

The MT's airflow is divided into two parts: one part relies on the gap between the pod and the device, and the other part is the gap reserved at the bottom charging port.

The gap between the pod and the device regulates the draw resistance and cannot trigger the air switch.

The gap reserved at the bottom charging port can trigger the air switch.

Occasionally, the gap caused by tolerances between the pod and the device may increase, making it difficult to trigger the air switch if the draw strength is low.

This situation usually occurs with new pods or new kits, and during use, there may be slight condensation around the pod.

Solution to Issue 1:

Simply and naturally block one side of the airflow with your finger.

Blocking one side of the airflow will immediately resolve this issue. Over time, as condensation mist appears, you won't need to block it anymore.

Issue 2:

The device is out of battery, but when plugged in, the indicator light flashes and then goes out, not charging.

Both the MT's bottom electrode and the charger electrode are made of brass, which may oxidize over time.

Oxidation affects conductivity, causing poor contact. This situation can be resolved in the following ways:
Solution to Issue 2:

1. A simple and brute-force method is to shake the contacts to let them rub against each other.

Note: If the indicator light is flashing, it indicates that it is in protection mode, and plugging in the charger will not charge.

Only plug in the charger when the device is not flashing for it to be effective.

2. Use a hard object to scrape the metal surface to remove oxidation; metal or wooden sticks will work.

Note: Since you have found a hard object, also scrape the charger contacts while you're at it.

Issue 3:

Can the MT be taken on a plane? Can it pass security checks? What should be noted during the process?

Solution to Issue 3:

The MT can be taken on a plane, preferably carried on.

It can pass security checks; calmly inform the security personnel that this is an e-cigarette, and there is no need to be nervous.

When carrying the MT during the flight, please note:

① Separate the device and pod to avoid air pressure triggering the air switch.

② Store opened pods upside down to prevent air pressure from affecting the oil chamber pressure and causing leaks.

③ Avoid carrying the entire MT in a bag or checked luggage, as the MT has a pneumatic switch that is sensitive to air pressure.
