The Artery PAL 2 is a device that sits between an all-in-one and pod-style device. Similar to the Aspire Breeze, it features a built-in atomization chamber that uses replaceable atomizer cores.

The Artery PAL 2 is indeed an upgraded version of the PAL. The original PAL included a Billet Box-style atomization chamber, which contained the coil and e-liquid chamber. The standout feature of the Artery PAL 2 is its built-in 1000mAh battery, and the atomization chamber comes in two capacities: 3ml or 2ml for EU TPD compliance.
In terms of appearance, once the atomization chamber is inserted into the device, it is covered by a side panel, with only the mouthpiece protruding from the device. The mouthpiece and atomization chamber are designed as a single unit, so they cannot be replaced and are not compatible with 510 drip tips. The e-liquid filling port is located on the side of the atomization chamber and is sealed with a rubber stopper.
The atomizer core is screwed into the bottom of the atomization chamber, and this component supports adjustable bottom airflow, accommodating both mouth-to-lung and direct lung inhaling needs.
Currently, two types of atomizer cores are supported:
0.6Ω mesh atomizer core – supports direct lung vaping with large vapor production, suitable for e-liquids with 70% VG or higher.
1.2Ω atomizer core – suitable for mouth-to-lung vaping, best for e-liquids with 50-70% VG.
Artery has retained the side fire button and replaceable panels on the PAL 2, allowing you to customize the device's appearance.
Evolving the Artery PAL into a design that features replaceable atomization chambers and cores seems like a good idea. The adjustable airflow to accommodate both mouth-to-lung and direct lung vaping enhances the device's versatility, showcasing Tony B's significant role in ensuring key functionalities. Of course, we will evaluate the performance of these atomizer cores in terms of flavor and longevity in our formal review. However, considering it has a 0.6Ω mesh atomizer core, I am optimistic.
