When it comes to e-cigarettes, if you think it’s just an atomizer, a bottle of e-liquid, and a mouthpiece that creates smoke, you’re outdated. E-cigarettes can also be high-end and sophisticated. Let Jirui take you into the e-cigarette empire and see the true face of e-cigarettes.
History of E-cigarette Structure Development
The first generation of e-cigarettes was designed to completely mimic the shape of traditional cigarettes, with yellow pods and white bodies. This first-generation e-cigarette was popular for several years because its appearance resembled that of real cigarettes, making it readily accepted by customers at first.
As people used the first-generation e-cigarettes more, especially foreign customers, they discovered the drawbacks of the first-generation e-cigarettes during use, mainly concerning the atomizer.
The atomizer of the first-generation e-cigarette was prone to burning out, and when replacing the pods, it was easy to damage the sharp tip of the atomizer. Over time, this would lead to complete wear and ultimately result in the atomizer not producing vapor.
The second-generation e-cigarette is slightly longer than the first, with a diameter of about 9.25mm. The main feature is that the atomizer has been improved, now featuring a protective cover, and the pod is inserted into the atomizer, whereas in the first generation, the atomizer was inserted into the pod, which are the opposite of each other.
The characteristic of the second-generation e-cigarette is that it combines the pod and the atomizer.
The third-generation e-cigarette uses a disposable atomizer pod, meaning the atomizer is also disposable. This resolves the issues of previous e-cigarettes, significantly improving quality and changing the appearance and materials used.
Jirui's e-cigarette design has revolutionized the traditional structure of e-cigarettes by adjusting the positions of the pod and the atomizer. In traditional e-cigarettes, the pod is connected to the mouthpiece, with the battery located at the bottom of the e-cigarette. The drawback of this design is that users can easily inhale e-liquid, leading to a dry mouth and a poor user experience.
Jirui's e-cigarette design avoids this issue by placing the e-liquid at the bottom of the device, making it easier for users to replace the e-liquid and eliminating problems like leakage and dry mouth.
