BLVK Unicorn statement on sales issues in China

First, I would like to apologize that my first online appearance is about this matter. Unfortunately, during our investigation of the China market, we encountered some very disturbing news. Many customers from Taiwan and China told us that the e-liquid flavor was extremely light. On April 12, our team went to China to inspect product samples being sold in the market. After testing the flavor, the products appeared to have been diluted with a substantial amount of additional VG and were almost flavorless. We immediately worked with a local laboratory in China and found that these samples were significantly different from the original quality of our e-liquid, and we also discovered ingredients that do not belong in our original e-liquid materials. By adding more VG, the distributor was able to obtain more product material and increase sales volume for higher profits. In addition, we discovered that the BLVK Unicorn trademark had been stolen and registered in China without our consent. Effective April 14, we terminated Quinton’s distribution rights. Because they altered our products for profit, we will no longer supply products to them.   　　As a result of these events, we decided to establish BLVK Unicorn Asia. By opening BLVK Unicorn’s Asia division, we will be able to control product quality and service, and guarantee product authenticity.
