Chinese electronic cigarette news: It is reported that Victory Electronic Cigarettes has acquired Ten Motives, one of the fastest-growing e-cigarette companies in Europe, in a deal worth $104 million (76.4 million euros) in cash and stock.
Ten Motives, a leader in the UK food, drug, and grocery market, is Victory Electronic Cigarettes' third acquisition in Europe this year. Victory Electronic Cigarettes, based in the United States, is a marketer of brands such as Vapestick, VIP, and others.
Art Devlin, the head of Ten Motives, stated, "We believe that in the future competition of the e-cigarette industry, greater scale and broader sales, marketing, and distribution capabilities are needed. We are now proud to be a core part of the world's largest independent e-cigarette company and believe this will help us achieve our goals."
