The 4th Generation IQOS Is Finally Here!
In this rapidly changing era, the pace of IQOS updates is not particularly fast, so each update feels like a long wait. However, it has indeed proven that every update of IQOS has been worth the wait, bringing significant technological improvements in various aspects. In the previous three generations, IQOS addressed issues such as reinforcing the heating element, adjusting LED brightness, and reducing charging time for the device. As a long-time IQOS user, I have witnessed its steady progress. The launch of the fourth generation has also brought many surprises to smokers.
1. Changes in appearance and materials.
At first glance, I was attracted by the changes in appearance and materials of the fourth generation IQOS. In previous updates, the focus was primarily on practical improvements, such as enhancing the battery capacity of the charger and the durability of the heating element, with fewer changes in appearance. This time, however, it has broken the mold.
The materials of the IQOS device and heating element have been changed to a matte finish, which feels more skin-friendly and looks more high-end. Additionally, while the shape of the device has not undergone significant changes, the heating element has seen a redesign with the opening now located on the side, giving it a more technological appearance.
2. Consistently low secondhand smoke and no ash.
The fourth generation IQOS 3 continues to feature the well-received advantages of IQOS e-cigarettes—minimal secondhand smoke and no ash. During use, those around you won't notice any tobacco smell, so even when smoking in the living room, there are minimal concerns about secondhand smoke, reducing the risk to family and friends. The elimination of ash is also a significant benefit, keeping homes and cars much cleaner, and no more ash on computer keyboards that were previously hard to clean.
3. Continuous improvement in battery capacity and durability of the heating element.
Each update of IQOS focuses on two main issues: the battery capacity of the heating element and its durability.
In the previous three updates, I have indeed seen improvements made by IQOS's technical team in these two areas. The battery capacity of the heating element has changed significantly, but I believe it doesn't need to be too large, as this can effectively control the frequency of use by smokers. Although the durability of the heating element has improved a lot, it is still somewhat fragile, likely due to the wear and tear that occurs during use. This update has brought further enhancements to the durability of the heating element. Overall, I am very satisfied with the fourth generation IQOS.
