Shenzhen Boton Flavors & Fragrances Analytical Testing Center Successfully Passes CNAS Accreditation

 　　On March 2, 2018, the Analytical Testing Center of Shenzhen Boton Flavors Co., Ltd. successfully passed the laboratory accreditation of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and received the certificate, becoming the first accredited first-party testing laboratory in China's flavor and fragrance industry.

  　　With the united efforts of colleagues in the R&D center, after six rigorous and detailed procedures including intention application, formal application, review preparation, document review, on-site review, and accreditation approval, the expert review team fully recognized the overall strength and technical level of the Analytical Testing Center, ultimately passing the review and obtaining the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate.   　　Established in 1994, the Analytical Testing Center of Shenzhen Boton Flavors Co., Ltd. currently possesses dozens of internationally leading precision analytical instruments such as GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, UPLC, UPCC, AAS, IR, and UV. The center provides functional support in four areas: understanding predictions, discovering innovations, ensuring safety, and big data support. It has conducted research on quality control methods for plant flavors and additives and established a technical standard system related to products. In the field of basic research on flavor analysis, it has built a mass spectrometry fingerprint library for new flavor monomers and created a natural flavor component information query platform, among other initiatives.   　　Colleagues in the R&D center diligently prepared review materials.   　　Various review materials.   　　Committee experts reviewed the Analytical Testing Center.   　　The national CNAS laboratory accreditation signifies that the Boton Analytical Testing Center has entered the ranks of nationally recognized laboratories, which has far-reaching significance for the development and enhancement of the company's reputation.   　　It is reported that CNAS is the only authoritative laboratory accreditation institution in China. Passing CNAS accreditation not only indicates that the company's analytical testing center laboratory has the technical capability to undertake relevant testing services according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories"; but also that the testing reports issued within the scope of accreditation will be widely recognized by testing institutions in over 100 countries and regions that have signed ILAC-MRA mutual recognition agreements with CNAS, possessing authority and international credibility. Additionally, there will be opportunities to participate in bilateral and multilateral cooperation and exchanges among international accreditation bodies, providing strong image promotion for the company's domestic and international development, further enhancing the company's brand image and influence.   　　In the future, the Analytical Testing Center will continue to focus on "high technology, high quality, high starting point, and high quality" as its core, continuously improve the quality management system, and enhance analytical testing capabilities and technical service levels.
