Cosmic Fog e-liquid company stake acquired

 When it comes to Cosmic Fog e-liquid in the United States, many e-cigarette consumers in China are familiar with it. Popular flavors include Honey Milk, Nut Paradise, Thunderbolt, and Cola Bubblegum. Many physical stores in China sell these products.

However, news broke yesterday that the stake in Cosmic Fog e-liquid company has been acquired!

According to Tobacco Industry News, Fontem Ventures recently announced that it has acquired a stake in Cosmic Fog, calling it "a hallmark innovator of high-quality e-liquids."

Fontem Ventures, a name many may not recognize, is actually a subsidiary of Imperial Brands. Headquartered in the Netherlands, it markets Blu e-cigarettes, a result of Imperial's acquisition of some Lorillard products from Reynolds American.

In a press release, Fontem stated that Brant Peto and Rob Crossley founded Cosmic Fog in California in 2013, and the company has a high reputation for developing unique flavors, making it very appealing to adult vaping users. Their products are sold in over 5,000 vape shops across the United States and more than 60 countries worldwide.

E-liquids are the largest contributors to the global vaping industry’s value. Fontem's CEO, Titus Wouda Kuipers, stated: "We are very excited about the collaboration with Cosmic Fog. This move demonstrates our commitment to seeing the growth and prosperity of the vaping category and shows our passion for their innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. From their expertise and sales channels in the vaping market, we see a great opportunity. Cosmic Fog will continue to excel in developing unique, high-quality e-liquids."

Meanwhile, Peto stated that this collaboration allows Cosmic Fog to fully leverage Fontem's experience in the vaping category, including regulatory compliance, ensuring that Cosmic Fog's customers can continue to use their products as the international vaping market matures.

Fontem Ventures holds patents related to e-cigarette pioneer Han Li's inventions. In 2013, Han Li's company, Sanlong International, was acquired by this company. Now, with the acquisition of Cosmic Fog, it shows a far-reaching layout!
