French Lawmaker Mélin Recommends Supporting E-Cigarette Development (Illustrated)

Survey data compiled by the European Commission indicates that e-cigarette products are not inherently dangerous products. Therefore, this French lawmaker recommends supporting the development of e-cigarette products.
