According to Chinese electronic cigarette news: Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, but quitting smoking is indeed difficult. Many people trying to quit smoking choose electronic cigarettes as a tobacco substitute. However, a recent study by New York University indicates that using electronic cigarettes instead of traditional tobacco products may lead to inhaling more nicotine and carcinogens. Are electronic cigarettes good or bad? New York University says NO. Researchers at New York University found that because people tend to inhale deeper and more frequently when using electronic cigarettes, the accumulated nicotine and carcinogens can be even higher than those from traditional tobacco products. Deepak Saxena from New York University stated that this research result is very significant, as he surveyed eight universities and found that 12% of students initially used electronic cigarettes, but electronic cigarettes pose greater health risks.

The UK Daily Mail reported that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Lung Health Association have issued warnings stating that electronic cigarette consumers may be unaware that they are also inhaling harmful chemicals.
