The latest research from Public Health England shows that vaping is 95% less harmful to health than traditional cigarettes.
Experts involved in the study also stated that there is no evidence that e-cigarettes cause cancer. One study showed that asthma patients improved after switching to e-cigarettes, thus encouraging smokers to use e-cigarettes as a substitute for cigarettes in the short to medium term to quit smoking.
As for the long-term effects, further research is needed.
