DHgate Adds Intellectual Property Notice, Including Vaping Devices and Glassware in Protection Scope

In order to prevent infringement risks for sellers and the platform, DHgate has recently included the patents for "Ware is absorbed to electron cigarette prepared opium paste" electronic cigarettes and Medtainer storage herb containers in the protection scope of the platform. Strict actions will be taken against products that infringe on these patents.<\/p>

On the other hand, due to complaints from third-party intellectual property holders, products listed on DHgate have been found to infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Chameleon Glass brand, including decorative glassware and other products. Therefore, DHgate has now included Chameleon Glass brand decorative glassware and other products in the protection scope of the platform. Strict actions will also be taken against products that infringe on these patents.<\/p>

It is understood that for sellers of products that infringe on intellectual property rights and do not comply with the platform's product listing rules, the platform will impose penalties based on the severity of the violations, including product delisting, warnings, yellow card warnings, restrictions on updating and uploading products, restrictions on category operations, and freezing of time limits. For serious violations, the platform will close the accounts of violators.<\/p>

Sellers must ensure that the products they upload and those currently online do not infringe on the patents of "Ware is absorbed to electron cigarette prepared opium paste" electronic cigarettes, Medtainer storage herb containers, and Chameleon Glass intellectual property rights. Additionally, if sellers have online sales authorization, they must submit copies of the intellectual property proof, authorization documents, and identification of the authorized person for the brand before uploading products.
