According to Chinese electronic cigarette news: The annual Inter-tabac tobacco expo in Germany was grandly held from September 20 to 22 in Dortmund. On September 20, even before the official opening at 10 AM, many visitors had already started to register at the service desk. This expo is only open to industry insiders and requires a paid entry, yet the flow of visitors was continuous. This shows that this historic tobacco expo in Dortmund is very attractive and influential.

The Inter-tabac tobacco expo is currently the largest exhibition and sales event for tobacco products and accessories in the world. This year marks the 35th edition of the expo, and the number of participating companies has reached a new scale. The number of exhibitors has set a new record, with 395 companies represented from countries including Germany, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Brazil, China, India, Japan, South Korea, Honduras, Mexico, Cuba, and the United States. The internationalization of exhibitors has also further increased, with over 60% of participating companies coming from outside Germany, representing tobacco and accessory companies from more than 50 countries. These exhibitors are distributed across halls 4, 6, 7, and 8 of the Westfalenhallen exhibition center, which are interconnected and spacious, giving the entire exhibition a grand scale. 2.jpg 3.jpg Since the Inter-tabac tobacco expo focuses on tobacco products and smoking accessories, it can be considered a true tobacco exhibition with a luxurious lineup. In hall 4, the world's largest tobacco giant Philip Morris and the second-largest tobacco giant British American Tobacco were represented by their subsidiaries in Germany. The booths of both companies were simply and elegantly designed, highlighting their company logos and displaying some representative brand samples for visitors to sample. For these leading tobacco companies, minimal promotion is necessary; their presence at the expo serves as the best advertisement while also strengthening communication with distributors and customers. Other participating cigarette companies included Imperial Brands' Reemtsma, Bulgarian Tobacco, Continental Tobacco, King Tobacco, and South Korea's KT&G, all of which are well-known enterprises in the international market. The innovation of Bulgarian Tobacco is reflected in the design of their cigarette boxes, allowing customers to design their own box patterns, providing enjoyment for themselves or as gifts for friends. This interaction with consumers not only brings joy but also enhances communication with them. 4.jpg Walking through the exhibition halls, many booth designs were very exquisite and elegant, with comfortable sofas and high-quality products reflecting exceptional taste. Among them were some internationally renowned cigar companies, such as Habanos from Cuba, which has a history of over a hundred years and is famous worldwide. The high quality of their cigars is not only related to the tobacco leaves but also to the superb skills of their cigar rollers. At their booth, an elderly cigar roller was rolling cigars on-site, and his skilled technique attracted many passing visitors. In about two minutes, a perfect hand-rolled Cuban cigar was completed. Similarly, Scandinavian Tobacco, Mexican Tobacco, and companies from Switzerland, the United States, and the Dominican Republic, such as Alec Bradley and Bossner, showcased their representative brand cigars. This year's expo had the highest number of cigar manufacturers, as cigars have always been a symbol of nobility and luxury, and smoking cigars is not a quick affair but requires savoring. Only by understanding cigar culture can one enjoy the pleasure that comes from smoking cigars. China's cigar market has not been fully developed, so the cigar industry in China is just beginning. However, at this expo in Dortmund, three Chinese cigar manufacturers appeared together, bringing their cigar products: Hubei China Tobacco, Shandong China Tobacco, and Sichuan-Chongqing Tobacco. While developing the domestic market, they are also actively exploring international markets.
