California vaping expo in the U.S.: understated luxury

The California Vaping Expo (ECC - Electronic Cigarette Convention EXPO) is an international professional exhibition for electronic cigarettes and accessories. It is a mixed B2B and B2C vaping product launch event and one of the largest electronic cigarette exhibitions in the world, held annually in various cities across California for three days.

Open to attendees aged 18 and over. Exhibitors at the ECC will showcase their latest electronic cigarettes and accessories, as well as e-liquids, with participants from around the globe!
 

From September 5-7, 2014, the event was held at the Ontario Convention Center in California, located about 64 kilometers east of Los Angeles, covering an area of approximately 130 square kilometers, with a population of 163,320 in 2001, of which 55% are Latino. Founded in 1882, it was historically influenced by colonial rule and was primarily an agricultural village.

However, since the late 1980s, with the continuous expansion of Southern California's transportation network, Ontario has vigorously developed its industry and commerce, becoming a new industrial and commercial city in Southern California and a center for wholesale and manufacturing. Currently, there are over 100,000 various enterprises and businesses, making it one of the most vibrant and rapidly developing cities in Southern California.
 

On September 20-21, 2013, the ECC was held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California, attracting 18,000 attendees. Anaheim is a city in Southern California, located 40 kilometers southeast of Los Angeles in the Santa Ana Valley, with a population of 222,000 (1980). German immigrants began settling here in 1857, and the city was incorporated in 1950. Aerospace and electronics are the main industrial sectors. The world-famous Disneyland was established here in 1955, featuring Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, and more, many of which are electronically controlled. Anaheim is also one of the best cities in the U.S. for badminton. Currently, the largest badminton venue and the highest-level badminton club in the U.S. are located in Anaheim, but it only has 10 courts. In early March 2011, the NBA team Sacramento Kings planned to relocate their arena to Anaheim due to mismanagement.
 

Exhibits include: electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, accessories, and handcrafted e-liquids.
 

Booth Fees: Euros / square meter (single-sided) with a minimum standard booth size of 9-12 square meters.
 

Price Includes:

1. Conference publication and related promotional costs (1 publication per exhibiting unit);
 

2. Booth design and construction, as shown in the picture;
 

3. Basic booth facilities, such as: lockable storage room (1 X 1 meter), 4 x 80W lighting fixtures, 1 power strip, nameplate (150 X 30 cm), 1 table (70 X 70), 4 chairs, slanted coat rack (100 X 30), Info desk (100 X 50).
 

4. Daily cleaning and electricity fees for the booth;
 

5. Exhibitor tickets (2-3 tickets for every 9-12 square meters);
 

6. Exhibitor invitation letters (2-3 letters for every 9-12 square meters).
 

Additional Fees:

1. Multi-sided opening additional fees: double-sided: an additional 10% of the full booth fee, three-sided: an additional 15% of the full booth fee, four-sided: an additional 20% of the full booth fee.
