Jungle Illusion Nicotine Salt E-Liquid Review: After a small mishap with Blue Dragon, many people turned to try Jungle Illusion. Many found the blueberry flavor to be fantastic, and thus they entered our jungle of illusions. Although I am not particularly fond of this oil, many of my friends who have tried it gave positive feedback. Today, I am fortunate to have received a pre-release version sent by the manufacturer, so let's discuss the four flavors of the Jungle Illusion - Nicotine Salt series launched by IPURE:
Since I received a pre-release version, it does not have a domestic translation label, and I couldn't recognize it with my phone's translation, so I had to translate it manually. If there are any inaccuracies, I hope the manufacturer will forgive me.
First, let's introduce the appearance. This Jungle Illusion Nicotine Salt series has a total of four flavors: Blueberry Dreamland, Blueberry Tobacco Bomb, Golden Lemon, and Mango Litchi Garden. The packaging consists of a 30ml short and thick PET needle bottle with a screw cap that locks in place, similar to a motorcycle. However, two of the four bottles I have are pre-release versions, and their seals are not very good; when I first opened them, the tamper-proof ring came off directly, failing to serve its purpose.
Since these are from the same series, the Gothic variant of the Jungle Illusion logo is quite distinctive, and the packaging follows the Jungle Illusion large vapor design, with each flavor's logo in different colors.
The side of the bottle has an ingredient list in English, but the products sold domestically will have a Chinese sticker covering it. I checked the translation briefly, and the VG content is greater than 50%, meaning its fluidity is better than those with 70% VG for large vapor. The remaining components are PG and various flavorings. Additionally, the manufacturer noted that fruit extracts are included; the blueberry flavors contain blueberry extracts, while the other two should be mango and lemon, but the label printing error states they are all blueberry extracts, which the manufacturer will correct later.
Having discussed the packaging, let's talk about the flavors.
Blueberry Dreamland
The flavor is similar to the previous vapor version of Jungle Illusion; this formula likely has not changed much. The mixed flavor of blueberry and raspberry is indeed refreshing, and the coolness is just right for someone like me who can vape at absolute zero. Some players might find it too cold, but this blueberry flavor is not overly sweet, with a subtle sourness that pairs well with the minty coolness, making it quite suitable for summer vaping, though it might feel lacking in winter.
Blueberry Tobacco Bomb
This flavor leans more towards the blueberry burst flavor of cigarettes, though the tobacco flavor is somewhat weaker. Those who have tried the Japanese burst blueberry flavor will understand this type of taste; the blueberry flavor is prominent upon inhalation, while the tobacco flavor fades slightly upon exhalation. Since it is a burst flavor, it also contains a cooling factor, but the coolness is not particularly high. Some players who dislike this flavor might find it awkward to vape, but I think it's acceptable. Compared to similar blueberry burst flavors, I used the Ghost Claw Blue Burst for comparison; Jungle Illusion has a lighter tobacco flavor but a stronger blueberry flavor, making them each have their strengths.
Mango Litchi Garden
I personally am not a fan of lychee-flavored e-liquids, but this mango-lychee fruit blend has changed my perception of lychee flavors. The fresh mango flavor (similar to 888) hits the nose, smooth with a hint of coolness that lingers in the mouth, and the lychee flavor exhaled is quite fresh, without the usual heavy taste of lychee. I highly recommend this flavor for players to try.
Golden Lemon
Aside from lychee, I generally dislike lemon flavors, possibly due to the overwhelming lemon scent of dishwashing liquid, which makes me feel like I'm vaping detergent. However, this lemon flavor does not resemble detergent; it is refreshing enough to make one want to keep inhaling, but I still feel it resembles the scent of the bubble bath I used a few days ago. Moreover, the lemon flavor only enhances the refreshing taste of lemon peel without delivering that exhilarating sourness that penetrates to the bone. The exhaled flavor feels somewhat dull, with an indescribable heaviness. Perhaps my personal bias against lemon flavors influences my perception, so I won't comment much on this flavor; players who enjoy lemon flavors can try it themselves.
Finally, let's summarize this oil. Firstly, the lineage of Jungle Illusion is impeccable; IPURE, the manufacturer, is known for its expertise in nicotine salts, and the technology is quite mature. Additionally, the formula for Jungle Illusion has been market-tested. Players can purchase with confidence, and the quality of this oil is indeed excellent. While taste is subjective, I found three out of the four flavors acceptable, except for lemon, which I personally do not like. This indicates the general applicability of the flavors. If I were to rate this series, I would give it a score between 7.8 and 8, with the main drawback being the nicotine concentration, which is currently only 35mg, making it somewhat singular. If used with a higher vapor output device, it can be quite harsh, and the cooling sensation is not very mainstream.
