  Over the years, manufacturers have developed all kinds of e-liquids. Tobacco flavors are the foundation, followed by extensions like coffee, chocolate, cocoa, and all sorts of fruits. Then even more flavors came along—milk, cheese, yogurt, cake, and every kind of dessert flavor imaginable. New varieties keep appearing one after another, almost too many to take in.

  Today I received the forum test sample of “French Fries Time,” and I was genuinely surprised. There’s actually a French fries flavored e-liquid? That’s something I absolutely had to try. Otherwise, it would feel like all these years of using vaping devices had been for nothing. So what kind of surprise will this French fry-inspired e-liquid bring us? Let’s wait and see.   It looks   The packaging continues the fine Wonder Flavor tradition of beautiful presentation. From their “Great Wall” release to the current “French Fries Time,” the packaging style may be different, but the level of refinement is still something I rarely see among e-liquids. It’s easy to tell how much care the manufacturer put into this product, and that alone makes the brand worth recommending.   The box uses a plastic-and-paper combination design. The top cover and bottom are paperboard, while the middle section is transparent plastic. Printed on the front top cover are the words “fast food truck,” and below that is a vivid cartoon chef making an “OK” gesture while standing in front of the truck, as if promoting his own food. There is also an authenticity label from the manufacturer on the front, which helps prevent counterfeits.   The side continues the cartoon design from the front. The fries and tomato illustrations are lively and eye-catching, and the Chinese label includes some product information.   On the other side, the printing is even more interesting: there’s a cartoon chicken somewhat reminiscent of KFC, holding a shotgun. It’s pretty amusing—like it’s about to execute this e-liquid.   The back is more straightforward, explaining that the package contains two bottles of e-liquid, both with 3MG nicotine: one French fries flavor and one ketchup flavor. And indeed, ketchup is the perfect companion to fries.   After opening the outer packaging, the large and small bottles are fitted into the base. The larger bottle is the fries flavor, and the smaller one is ketchup. The bottles are fully sealed in plastic wrap. The fries bottle is printed with a chubby guy stuffing a big handful of fries into his mouth—pretty vivid and funny. The ketchup bottle, meanwhile, features a skinny chef wearing a ketchup-themed hat, creating a sharp contrast with the chubby character. It matches the bottle design quite well.   It smells   French fries: This is an e-liquid with very distinctive characteristics. As soon as you open the cap, the signature savory aroma of French fries is immediately obvious. It’s not just a plain potato note, but the actual smell of freshly fried fries. I let my daughter smell it, and to my surprise, the moment she did, she tried to put the bottle straight into her mouth. “Oh my god~!” Luckily I stopped her right away, or that could have been a real problem. Keeping e-cigarettes away from anyone under 18 is absolutely necessary.   Ketchup: The ketchup flavor is also very realistic. As soon as the cap comes off, the rich smell of ketchup comes through right away. My daughter smelled it once and immediately said, “Ketchup,” which shows just how faithfully this e-liquid recreates the flavor. In the mildly salty vapor, the creamy and potato notes intertwine continuously, coming very close to the aroma of real French fries. But only very close—the e-liquid doesn’t fully reproduce the complete, true sensation of freshly fried fries. Even so, it gets impressively close, and achieving this level of flavor simulation is no easy task. Especially in the aftertaste, there’s a faint note reminiscent of raw green potato that feels strikingly lifelike, making it easy to sink into that appetite-stirring fried-fries atmosphere.   Ketchup: The ketchup aroma is very pure and authentic. In the vapor, you can clearly sense the sweet-and-sour taste of ketchup, and the characteristic jam-like fragrance is also recreated very well. Take a deep draw, and the sweet-and-tangy vapor makes saliva build up quickly in your mouth. It actually feels like the ketchup is recreated even better than the fries, which made me really look forward to seeing how the two would work together.   French fries 3 VS 1 ketchup: The rich savory aroma of the fries completely takes the lead, while the slight sweet-and-sour note of ketchup spreads freely through the dense fries fragrance. The two aromas blend together while also complementing each other. The smooth vapor expresses the creator’s intention very accurately. While it won’t literally fill your stomach, it absolutely satisfies your imagination of eating fries on a flavor level.   Final thoughts   There are probably many possible mixing ratios, but I only tried this one. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Both the layering and the mouthfeel are excellent, and there is almost no throat hit. Since I’ve never tried any other French fries flavored e-liquids, I can’t say exactly how outstanding this one is by comparison, but if a friend asked me, I would definitely recommend it.   The e-liquid also does a very good job controlling coil gunk.
