This time, I would like to share with you the OZdrips e-liquid from the country riding on the back of sheep—OZdrips. For those unfamiliar with OZdrips, let me introduce the company:
OZdrips is a wholly-owned enterprise based in Western Australia, formed by four passionate friends about vaping, focusing on providing high-quality e-liquids developed in Australia for advanced electronic atomizers to meet the growing global trend.
OZdrips stands firm on never compromising on quality and brews with 100% passion. All OZdrips e-liquids are handcrafted in Australia using the finest ingredients, and the nicotine content in the products has been meticulously researched to meet UPS pharmaceutical-grade standards. Most products contain nicotine, and therefore overseas products are bottled in compliance with current Australian state and Commonwealth regulatory laws.
The products are available in five flavors: Red Plum (Raspberry flavor) MAX VG (mainly for big vapor), Red Plum (Raspberry flavor) 2.0, Kangaroo Wrapped Fruits (Strawberry, Raspberry & Mango flavor), Classic Must-Have (Strawberry Cookie Cream flavor), and Perth Special (Lime Mojito flavor). This time, I was fortunate enough to try the OZdrips e-liquid in Red Plum (Raspberry) 2.0 and Perth Special (Lime Mojito) flavors.
The packaging uses a 60ML gorilla PET squeeze bottle, with a textured label and a holographic OZdrips logo. Product information is entirely in English, with an oil composition of 60VG/40PG and 3MG nicotine.
I used two types of atomizers for vaping: the Doge V1 atomizer (NI80 triple coil dual build / resistance 0.16Ω) and the Serpent atomizer (NI80, 24GA, 3.0mm diameter, 6 wraps dual build).
Performance of Red Plum (Raspberry) 2.0 with Doge V1 atomizer: The inhale is smooth, with a sweet raspberry flavor. The taste buds experience a sweet and slightly sour sensation upon inhalation, while the exhalation primarily showcases the tartness of the fruit, reminiscent of drinking raspberry juice with low sweetness and acidity, making it a pleasant warm vape that I personally enjoy.
Performance of Red Plum (Raspberry) 2.0 with Serpent atomizer: The raspberry flavor is more intense, with a prolonged sweetness, interspersed with a subtle sourness, creating an overall sensation similar to drinking bottled raspberry juice. Compared to the Doge V1 atomizer, I prefer the layered performance of the Doge.
Performance of Perth Special (Lime Mojito) with Doge V1 atomizer: The inhale has a slight throat hit and a throat sensation, somewhat like drinking soda, with a gentle lime and soda flavor. The lime is the main flavor, with soda as a complement. Upon inhalation, the taste buds experience a light citrus sweetness, while the exhalation reveals acidity, leaving a slightly sweet aftertaste, reminiscent of sipping a lime mojito. Personally, I feel that the throat hit is a bit high; if it were reduced, I would enjoy it more.
Performance of Perth Special (Lime Mojito) with Serpent atomizer: The mixed flavor of lime and soda is more pronounced, but the subsequent performance feels like taking a direct gulp of a lime mojito, with a shorter overall layered experience. If you want to savor a lime mojito, it's better to use an atomizer with a larger vaping space.
Overall evaluation: Both e-liquids are suitable for atomizers with larger vaping spaces, as the layering will be more pronounced. Although Perth Special is marked with three snowflakes (out of five), I did not feel any cooling effect; I believe both flavors, whether raspberry or Perth Special, are warm vapes with high restoration, and I really enjoy vaping them. Below, I invite friends to try the following devices: finished VTV (65W), Fuumy Starry Drip Kit (triple Clapton single build, 0.12). The Kangaroo Wrapped Fruits (Strawberry, Raspberry & Mango) oil is transparent, with good fluidity, and has a rich raspberry and mango aroma that is fresh and natural, enticing one to vape. The finished VTV performs: first, the inhale is slightly cool, with the raspberry flavor gradually emerging in the delicate vapor, accompanied by a hint of fresh mango acidity, with a slight bitterness, and upon exhalation, a touch of sweetness lingers, making it enjoyable for long sessions without being overwhelming. The Fuumy Starry Drip Kit performs: the coolness increases moderately, and the raspberry flavor becomes more pronounced, with the mango acidity arriving quickly, and the raspberry and mango flavors expressing themselves almost simultaneously, followed by a sudden burst of strawberry sweetness. Yes, it bursts out! The sweetness is slightly increased compared to the VTV, but still mild, making it enjoyable for long sessions. Overall, the oil is quite good, and raspberry lovers should give it a try. Those who do not like cool vapes can also try it, as the cooling effect is minimal with short puffs.
Lemon Flavor
There is no chemical taste typical of lemon e-liquids, completely devoid of any air freshener flavor, with a refreshing and thorough natural lime peel taste, a hint of alcohol, and a clean finish without any strange aftertaste.
Mango Flavor
Relatively ordinary compared to the previous two, but performs adequately without major drawbacks, making it a decent e-liquid. (Some say they prefer this mango flavor because it has a green mango feel and is not overly rich.) Overall, the biggest feature of these three e-liquids is their refreshing and unique flavor, leaving a lingering aroma, with the e-liquids emphasizing fragrance. This sensory experience is quite rare, and I sincerely recommend everyone to give it a try!
