Tree of Life E-liquid Review

 The ever-changing flavors of e-liquids allow many vapers to continuously enjoy the taste experiences brought by different combinations. Handcrafted e-liquids are often labeled as high-end and limited edition. Today, I want to share RIPE VAPES' Tree of Life, which is a handcrafted e-liquid. The manufacturer claims it is hand-mixed and comes in three flavors: Coconut Thai, Honey Cigar, and VCT.

1. Appearance Review

From left to right, Coconut Thai is a light yellow e-liquid. VCT is golden yellow. Honey Cigar is amber yellow.

The transparent glass bottle features a black cap with a dropper, and the label has a tree design, giving it a European style. All three flavors are 3mg.

2. Aroma Review

Upon opening, all three bottles have a pleasant fresh aroma, which feels great.

4. Mouth-to-Lung and Direct Lung Review

The direct lung device is the MASK KING T-MORE 100W with an Arthur dripper, dual coil Clapton wire (2X26ga+38ga), six wraps, 3.0mm diameter, 0.18Ω resistance, using Muji cotton, set to 80W.

The mouth-to-lung device is the SMOANT RANKER with a FREEDOM atomizer, single coil 26ga titanium wire, loosely wrapped 9 times, 3.0mm diameter, 0.42Ω resistance, set to 235℃ temperature control.

1. Coconut Thai E-liquid

Upon opening, the e-liquid has a refreshing lemon-like aroma. The vapor feels very smooth and full on the inhale. Along with the sweet fruity aroma, there is a coconut flavor, which is not as strong as I imagined. The vapor is thick and rich, without any cooling sensation, with a simple layer of flavor. Upon careful tasting, the sweet coconut flavor fills the mouth clearly. In the throat, there is a basil-like flavor reminiscent of fennel, and when exhaling, the vapor carries a refreshing lemongrass aroma.

2. Honey Cigar

Upon opening, there is a sweet honey aroma mixed with the scent of cigars, and the honey flavor is very close to real honey. Inhaling the vapor brings the cigar aroma directly to the mouth, without any dryness or astringency. In the throat, the honey flavor is mildly sweet but not cloying. When exhaling, the vapor enhances the richness of the cigar flavor.

3. VCT

The e-liquid has a creamy sweetness and roasted almond aroma. The vapor has a very rich creamy flavor, smooth and sweet. The tobacco flavor appears on the tongue, where the sweetness of the cream can be felt, but there is no sweetness in the throat. The roasted almond aftertaste spreads in the mouth after exhaling, making it very palatable. The initial flavor is sweet and fresh, and upon exhaling, the tobacco flavor is present, not sweet like honey, and without any cooling sensation.

5. Carbon Build-Up Review

This is the situation after about 15ml, with some carbon build-up, but not too heavy.

6. Review Summary

Highlights:

1. Fresh and sweet main tone, very appealing.

2. Each of the three oils has its own characteristics.

3. The vapor is quite large.

Drawbacks:

1. No anti-counterfeiting measures.

2. The styles of the three oils are too similar.

3. I felt it was a bit expensive as I didn't negotiate when ordering.

Summary:

A fresh and sweet series of e-liquids, with aroma, sweetness, and tobacco flavor well balanced, not cloying. The vapor is rich and abundant. The three Tree of Life e-liquids have flavors that seem to come from different countries, with each flavor having a high degree of flavor restoration. The overall taste of the e-liquids is quite rich, suitable for taking the time to savor and enjoy the flavor experience each e-liquid brings. After experiencing Tree of Life, it truly deserves the title of high-end handcrafted e-liquid.

Among the three, I prefer Coconut Thai, as it seems I have been assimilated by fruity flavored e-liquids.
