My first encounter with Cuttwood was in 2015 when the domestic market had limited options for imported e-liquids, and the prices were shockingly high. Cuttwood was priced around 138 RMB per bottle, similar to Cosmic Fog, and I could only afford one bottle each month after payday. BOSS RESERVE
