1. Packaging
 
Upon opening the box, you will find a dual-side storage setup. The upper layer contains the main device, while the lower layer includes a lanyard, charging cable, atomizer, and some accessories. Due to the fragility of the large tank, a silicone sleeve is included for protection, showing that SMOK pays great attention to user experience.

2. Appearance
 
The metallic part of the device is likely made of zinc alloy, weighing about 147.7 grams, which is relatively lightweight for a dual-battery device. The power range is 1-219W, supporting resistances from 0.1 to 2.5 ohms. The front of the device features a 1.9-inch touchscreen, with most settings adjusted via touch. The silver SMOK logo is located above the screen, and the USB port is installed below it. The parallelogram-shaped metallic decorative strip adds a touch of liveliness to the otherwise stable black color, enhancing the characteristics of both colors beautifully.

The back and frame mirror the front, with a quadrilateral metallic decoration featuring a red and black resin inlay, providing a visually striking impact.

On the side, there is SMOK's signature large fire button, with the function button conveniently placed above it for easy access. The stainless steel 510 connector on top is relatively small and lacks any anti-scratch or anti-jam optimizations, so care should be taken not to scratch the surrounding paint during use.

The edges of the top are rounded, and almost every corner has a rounded design, making it comfortable to hold without any sharp edges. The battery compartment switch is located at the bottom, using a push-pull latch design. The gold-plated positive and negative contacts not only effectively prevent copper oxidation but also ensure good conductivity. The battery installation direction is clearly marked on the compartment cover, and the cover opens automatically when pulled due to the spring-loaded latch.

Inside the battery compartment, there are two insulated plastic sleeves to effectively prevent short circuits caused by battery damage, and the interior is very smooth without burrs, ensuring that the battery will not be scratched. The positive and negative markings at the top are large and color-coded for easy identification, showcasing the attention to detail typical of a major manufacturer. Due to the design of the tube diameter and the small battery tolerances, batteries with two layers of wrapping may not fit smoothly. Additionally, the height difference between the compartment and the battery is minimal, so some force is needed to close the battery compartment.

3. Atomizer
 
The kit comes with a TF atomizer, measuring 56mm in height and 30mm in diameter, with a 6ml e-liquid capacity thanks to the large tank. The overall color scheme matches the main device, primarily black with red accents. It can be disassembled into five parts: drip tip, integrated top cap, glass tank, atomizer core, and base. The structure may not seem special at first glance, but there are some differences that we will discuss in detail later.

The drip tip in this kit is made of resin, with a slight slope inside to prevent condensation from entering the mouth. The color matches the kit's overall aesthetic, and the outer texture is quite smooth. However, as a large cloud atomizer, the small diameter of the 510 connector can enhance the flavor intensity. The filling port continues the press-and-twist structure, with a white sealing ring placed on the top cap. This is a very mature design that SMOK has widely used in its finished atomizers. The independent press button effectively prevents accidental operation of the top cap; the twist structure allows for easy closure of the tank without excessive pressure buildup, thus minimizing leakage.

The integrated top cap has a sealing mechanism for the atomizer core, with rubber rings at both the top and bottom to ensure a tight seal. Since the diameter is much larger than the atomizer core, there is no need to worry about the oil holes; the e-liquid will flow into the core through the large oil holes and be absorbed by the cotton. Both glass tanks are about 1mm thick, very smooth, and fit tightly with the top cap and base. The base features long air intake holes on both sides, allowing for lower resistance and greater vapor production. The triangular arrangement of gold-plated strips inside the base not only ensures good conductivity but also provides stable support for the atomizer core. Since the sealing in this design mainly relies on the atomizer core, there are no rubber rings designed on the base.

In previous generations, the atomizer core was screwed into the base; this time, the connection thread has changed and is designed into the integrated top cap. The main advantage of this connection method is that it allows for oil changes without losing e-liquid, meaning you can replace the atomizer core without emptying the tank. Unfortunately, the oil holes are too high and too large. First, inverting the atomizer won't retain much e-liquid; second, there is still a lot of e-liquid between the atomizer core and the external oil holes. Therefore, when the tank has e-liquid, you cannot remove the atomizer core, losing this very practical function.

The kit includes two identical atomizer cores, both with a resistance of 0.25 ohms. The recommended power is 60-70W, and the large oil holes allow the cotton in the atomizer core to make maximum contact with the e-liquid, ensuring smooth oil flow and preventing the core from burning out during lung inhales.

Both atomizer cores are mesh cores, with a honeycomb-like structure that increases the heating area and speeds up heating.
