The device and its tobacco sticks made their debut in Armenia on June 14. The product was commercialized in Serbia and Kyrgyzstan on June 3 and 7, respectively. Lil Solid 2.0 and Fiit were launched in Kazakhstan on May 13.

Lil Solid 2.0 is the second generation of KT&G's heated tobacco products, featuring enhanced performance and design to improve consumer satisfaction. The product was first launched nationwide in South Korea in January this year. According to KT&G, it has gained significant appeal due to upgraded battery efficiency and induction heating technology.

The Lil Solid 2.0 device is available in two colors in its new markets: lime and cosmic blue. The tobacco sticks come in seven types, including Fiit Regular, Fiit Viola, and Fiit Crisp. Depending on market conditions, three to four varieties will be sold in each country.

With the recent commercialization of Lil Solid 2.0 in four new markets, the Lil brand is now present in seven markets outside of South Korea. Previously, the brand's varieties were introduced in Russia, Ukraine, and Japan.

"Due to the positive reception of Lil Solid 1.0 and Lil Hybrid 2.0 in their respective markets, we expect the performance of Lil Solid 2.0 to be encouraging as well," said Wang Seop Lim, head of KT&G's next-generation product division, in a statement. "In the second half of this year, we will continue to work with PMI to provide a wider range of options for consumers outside of South Korea."
