Three Weeks With IQOS in Japan: User Review

Let me first talk about iQOS, which is a product I have personally experienced for three weeks.
As mentioned in the previous issue, e-cigarettes in the general sense refer to equipment that converts tobacco oil into steam through an atomizer. According to this definition, iQOS is not actually a real e-cigarette. A more accurate name should be called "electronic cigarette lighter."
The principle of iQOS is to heat the tobacco through a heating sheet and volatilize a gas containing nicotine. Since there is no open fire, the amount of tar inhaled will also be greatly reduced (officially, it can be reduced by 90%).
iQOS uses special cigarette bombs, available in Marlboro and Paramount, and can choose from light to heavy flavors, from ordinary cigarettes to mint flavors. The cigarette bomb looks a lot like the butt of an ordinary cigarette, but the internal structure is very different. The iQOS cigarette bomb consists of three parts: the front is the filter, which is the part that is placed in the mouth; the middle is a gap, and the last is the specially pressed tobacco.
Because it heats tobacco directly, iQOS has an additional benefit, which is that the taste is very close to that of "real tobacco". Especially the strong feeling of hitting the throat, which is no different from the usual cigarette smoking. One difference is that the taste in the mouth does not have the ash smell of burning paper. It is less stimulating and gentler.
I have been smoking iQOS for three weeks, and I have tried cigarettes in the middle, but I can't stand the smell of plant ash when I light it. After getting used to iQOS without the smell of ash, I couldn't get used to smoking cigarettes anymore.
Because the taste is close to that of cigarettes and can reduce the harm of many cigarettes, I recommend iQOS if you just want to find healthier cigarette alternatives. iQOS uses rechargeable lithium batteries that can be reused, but attention should also be paid to charging safety.
