KT&G to Launch LIL Reel Able 3.0 in Seoul

KT&G announced that it will launch its latest heat-not-burn product, the Reel Able 3.0, tomorrow (February 28) at four locations in the Greater Seoul area. The new device significantly reduces both charging and preheating times, requiring only about one hour for a full charge—half the time of the previous generation—while the preheating time has also been shortened by 10 seconds.
The device retains the core features of the Reel Able series, such as pause during use, selectable usage modes, and support for three consecutive sessions. For the first time in this product line, KT&G has adopted a metallic body and curved-edge design to improve grip and aesthetics, and it is equipped with an AMOLED display showing the remaining session count and mode settings. The Reel Able 3.0 will be available in four color options, with Oud Gray and Platinum Silver launching first at a retail price of KRW 68,000 (about $47). The company said the launch aligns with its strategy to strengthen its leadership in the heated tobacco category through differentiated product upgrades.
