BAT's Chief Marketing Officer Kingsley Wheaton said: "Glo hyper X2 is our latest and most advanced heated tobacco product, and its launch marks another key milestone in our transformation towards building future brands. BAT also added that the final results of their year-long Glo clinical study provided important new data, increasing the evidence supporting Glo as a reduced-risk product. In this study, those who completely switched to Glo showed significant and sustained improvements in many exposure and potential harm aspects compared to those who continued smoking, with many indicators similar to those seen in smoking cessation.<\/p>
The Glo hyper X2 is set to be available on July 25 at Glo stores across Japan and on the official Glo and Velo online stores, with convenience store sales starting in August.<\/p>
Currently, Glo products are sold in 25 countries/regions worldwide, and the global promotion of Glo hyper X2 will take place in the coming months.<\/p>
